Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Please email us before sending a package. Our team will provide the current overseas return address and instructions by email. The operating address above is not the return address.
Return and refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. After a return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Buyers pay return shipping for non-quality reasons; we cover it for quality issues, damaged items or incorrect items.
