Orders and payment
Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Available payment methods and the final order total are displayed at checkout before you pay. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill an order because an item is unavailable, information is incorrect or payment cannot be verified, we will contact you and refund any payment for the canceled item.
Product details
Check the size, material, color and included items on the product page before ordering. Screen settings can affect color appearance. If an item is materially different from its description, contact us so we can help under our return policy.
Shipping and returns
Standard U.S. shipping is free. Preparation takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit. Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Buyers pay return shipping for non-quality reasons; we cover it for quality issues, damaged items or incorrect items. Requests are reviewed within 2 business days, and approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval and return inspection. Cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will help where possible before dispatch. Shipped orders follow the return process.
