Where we ship
We currently deliver to the United States. Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.
When your order arrives
Order preparation takes 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes another 4–6 business days. Please allow about 5–9 business days in total. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates; weather, carrier disruptions and busy periods may cause delays.
Tracking your package
We will send shipping details to the email address used at checkout when your order is dispatched. Tracking may take a little time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Need to change an address?
Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We will help if the order has not shipped. Changes may not be possible once a package is on its way.
A delivery problem?
If tracking stops updating, your parcel arrives damaged or a delivered package cannot be found, contact us with your order number. We will check with the carrier and help resolve the issue.
