30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. For a change-of-mind return, please keep the item unused, complete and in its original packaging. A faulty or damaged item can still be reported if you have opened or tried it to discover the problem.
Start with an email
Contact [email protected] with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. If there is a quality issue, damage or an incorrect item, include clear photos so we can help. We review return and refund requests within 2 business days.
Where to send your return
Our customer service team will email you the current overseas return address and instructions for your order. Please contact us before sending anything back. The company operating address listed below is not a return warehouse. Keep your return tracking details until the process is complete.
Who pays return shipping?
For a change of mind or another reason unrelated to product quality, the buyer pays return shipping. For a quality problem or an item that arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost. Contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate return method.
Refund timing
After the returned item arrives, we review it and confirm the refund decision within 2 business days. Once approved, we process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. We will email you when the refund is issued. There is no restocking fee.

Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we will try to cancel it. Once it has shipped, please follow the return process above.
